Our thobes are more than garments â theyâre crafted expressions of modesty, tradition, and character. Each piece is thoughtfully designed for boys with durable fabrics, premium tailoring, and a one-year fabric warranty. We balance modern style with timeless Islamic values.
Our prices are shown in your local currency, automatically detected based on your location. The default currency is USD, but youâll see prices converted to your preferred currency as you browse the site.
To ensure the perfect fit, we recommend measuring with a soft tape and using the following key measurements:
- Thobe Length â From base of neck to desired hem
- Neck â Around the fullest part of the neck
- Chest â Around the widest part with arms relaxed
- Waist â At the natural waistline (above the navel)
- Shoulders â From base of neck to shoulder edge
- Arm Length â From shoulder to wrist
- Wrist â Around the fullest part of the wrist
Tips:
- Measure over light clothing
- Keep tape snug but not tight
- For children, we recommend re-measuring every 3 months

We allow changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.
After that, your order moves into production â fabrics are sourced, tested, and tailored specifically for you, which means weâre unable to cancel or modify it beyond this point.
Within 24 hours, you'll receive a confirmation email for your selected sizes. If we donât hear back, weâll proceed with the original size submitted at checkout.
As each thobe is custom-made to order, we appreciate your understanding that cancellations beyond this window are not possible.
Out of respect for modesty and cultural values, our images intentionally avoid showing faces. Instead, we focus on craftsmanship, fit, and presentation â values we believe matter most.
Our collections are limited edition and available only for a short period of time.
Once a collection ends, we introduce new designs, colors, and fabrics â thoughtfully crafted to reflect the season, mood, and evolving inspirations behind Jameel & Ameen.
We encourage you to shop your favorites early, as restocks are rarely guaranteed.
Yes â all Jameel & Ameen thobes include a 1-year fabric warranty, covering stitching and fabric integrity under normal use. We stand by the quality we promise.
SHIPPING
Yes â we proudly ship worldwide via DHL Express and UPS.
All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from our headquarters in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Unfortunately, duties and taxes are not included in our prices for any other region. Please consider the potential import taxes applicable in your region, as these will payable to DHL/UPS directly during the delivery process.
Jameel & Ameen is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.
In the event where a parcel is not claimed or refused by the receiver, DHL/UPS will attempt re-delivery. If DHL/UPS are unable to arrange a re-delivery, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.
In the event that your package is refused and returned to Jameen & Ameen, any return costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer and deducted from your store credit refund.
Once your order is dispatched, youâll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your delivery in real time.
Please note: Once your package leaves our facility, itâs handled by a third-party courier. For the most accurate updates â especially in case of delays â we recommend contacting the courier directly.
We're always happy to assist, but courier support will provide the most up-to-date information.
Shipping is USD 30 for the first thobe.
Each additional thobe in the same order incurs an extra USD 15.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order.
Each order is custom-made, which requires up to 14 business days for production.
Once ready, your order will be shipped via DHL, UPS, or EMX.
From the moment itâs dispatched, delivery typically takes 5â8 business days, depending on your location and once any applicable local duties and taxes are cleared.
For customers outside the UAE, we ship using DHL Express and UPS.
These are premium, reliable services that offer fast international delivery and full tracking for your peace of mind.
Our shipping timelines are provided as a general guide and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of third-party couriers (DHL or UPS), and delays may occur due to customs, weather, or local logistics.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for shipping costs due to transit delays. If you believe youâre eligible for compensation, we recommend contacting the courier directly with your tracking number.
Tip: To avoid disappointment, we always suggest placing your order well in advance of any special event.
RETURNS
At Jameel & Ameen, each thobe is custom-made to your selected measurements and preferences.
Because of the personalized nature of our garments, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Yes â we accept returns only in the following cases:
- wrong item, or
- damaged or defective (e.g. fabric flaws or stitching issues)
To request a return, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@jameelandameen.com with:
- Your order number
- photos or video showing the issue
Once reviewed and approved, weâll arrange a replacement or refund, and provide a prepaid return label if necessary.
