Processing & Production Time

Once your order is placed, we will begin custom stitching and quality checks.
Production may take up to 14 business days before dispatch.
We will notify you by email once your order has shipped and provide you with a tracking number.

Shipping Method & Carriers

All orders are shipped via reliable international couriers such as UPS, EMX, DHL Express.
Transit time may vary depending on your country, but typically ranges from 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred service level.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Please note that import duties, customs fees, VAT, or taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not control or cover these charges, as they vary by country.
If these charges are refused or left unpaid, the shipment may be retained, returned, or destroyed by local authorities, depending on your country’s regulations.
In such cases, we will not be able to offer refunds or replacements for the order.
