Size Chart

1. Length
Start from the top of the shoulder (where neck and shoulder meet) and measure down to just above the ankle or top of the foot.

2. Neck
Wrap the tape around the neck, leaving space for one finger.

3. Chest
Wrap around the widest part of the chest. Leave space for two fingers.


4. Waist
Wrap around the waist at its widest point. Again, leave a two-finger gap.

5. Shoulders
Measure straight across from one shoulder seam to the other.

6. Arm
Start at the shoulder seam and measure down to the knuckle of the middle finger.

7. Wrist
Wrap the tape around the wrist — loose enough to slide up toward the elbow.
