At Jameel & Ameen, every garment is made to order, stitched with care, and designed with intention — just for you.

Because each piece is custom-made to your chosen size and length, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a fault or error on our part.

We kindly ask that you double-check your measurements before placing your order.
Our sizing guide is available to help you ensure the best fit.

If in doubt, you’re welcome to contact us — we’ll be happy to assist you before you place your order.

We gladly accept returns in the following cases:

• You received the wrong item

• The item arrived damaged or with a fabric/stitching defect

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item if any of the above apply. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to:

• A change of mind

• Incorrect size or measurement provided

• General dissatisfaction without fault
